Our goal is to make investing in real estate easy and efficient, giving you the opportunity to achieve above-average returns on local, national, and international projects. The platform is the mediator between you and real estate companies. We ensure proper communication and reporting as well as dispersal of funds and returns on investments. 1. Start a free account for exclusive access to lucrative investmentsTo create an account, you only need to provide your name, basic contact information, and a password. By creating an account, you’ll gain unlimited access to the complete profiles of all projects listed on Brelion.com and you’ll receive email updates when new projects are added.
2. Complete investor accreditation process
After logging into your new Brelion account, go to “My Account” to begin the accreditation process. Be sure to first review our FAQ section for info on accreditation. Although accreditation involves a thorough review of your financial records, a representative is assigned to guide you through the process. Brelion will email you supplementary details as you proceed, and is ready to answer any questions you may have. We will either approve or reject your request to be accredited within one business day, and won’t keep you waiting any longer.
3. Set Up Banking Info
Return to “My Account” to set up your banking info for submitting funds and receiving returns on Brelion.com.
4. Review investments
All users with a Brelion account can view the complete details of any project on the Investments page. This page contains pictures and summaries of each available offering. Clicking on any individual offering will take you to its own page, featuring more specific information on the investment and the icon to make your pledge or to invest.
5. Reserve investments
Once you’ve found a debt or equity project of interest, and have understood all of its conditions, click on the “Pledge” icon on the project page to make your pledge. This pledge reserves your investment—no one can take your place during the first 48 hours after the project goes live.
6. Fund your reserved investments
When projects go live, Brelion will notify you, and you will then have 48 hours to invest your desired amount. Your funds will be transferred to escrow while the project awaits full-funding. All projects are executed on a first come, first serve basis.
7. Track progress of your investments
You may track the progress of the investment by logging into “My Account” and viewing “My Investments”. You will be able to see the total amount the project has raised thus far and how much more is needed to achieve its funding goal.
8. Receive Monthly Updates
Once a project is successfully funded, the developer will send you monthly updates on project progress via phone or email. Updates may include photographs, revenue data, and reports from third-party visits to the property. This info will be emailed to you and made available on your profile under “My Investments.” More info can be made available upon request.
9. Receive Monthly Interest (for debt investments)
For debt investments, you will receive interest payments from the real estate company on a monthly basis for the duration of the project. Payments will be directly deposited to the bank account you set up on Brelion.com.
10. Project Completion
When the project is completed, the real estate company pays off the principal to investors and exits. Equity investors will receive a percentage of the profits that the project ultimately yields.
